Sandy Ridge Purchase Agreement
       

     This puppy or dog is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.  We have vaccinated the puppy for Distemper, Parainfluenza, Adenovirus and Parvo.  We have also wormed the puppy with Pyrantel 50 and Panacur.  You must take your puppy for his/her first veterinarian visit within two business days of purchase date.  If the veterinatian finds a serious defect in the puppy, it can be exchanged for another puppy of equal value, immediately or as soon as one becomes available, provided a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of the animals defect. The puppy has a health guarantee extending to 7 days beyond the day you take the puppy home against major viral diseases. In case of the Animal’s death within the 7-day period, an autopsy must be arranged and paid for by the buyer and findings must be submitted to the Seller before any exchange will be made. We also guarantee up to and no more than 24 months from date of transfer against any major genetic defects.  We are not responsible for puppies that go down with Hypoglycemia, colds, coccida or any other minor illness.
       

     At no time will your credit exceed the purchase price of your puppy.  We are not responsible for any veterinarian bills you incur with puppies purchased from us.
       

     The seller assumes no responsibility for this animal after leaving the premises for any medical expense, death, allergies, training difficulties, behavior problems, or any other reason. Also, if ownership is transferred, this guarantee becomes void.
